So I got two phone calls about four days ago.

So the first one was a guy and he was closing four loans for the month and he was just calling me that uh hey

carl dude i closed four loans for the month right proud of himself right and i'm proud for him right

but get this the other phone call i got which was about an hour later, or from this lady, one of our members,

and she was closing 17 for the month and was calling me in desperation, why is it so low?

Why is it so low?

Because she sees herself as somebody that closes 20, 25, maybe 30.

And the message in these two phone calls is, and I'm not discounting the person closing

four, but that person that was at four saw himself as somebody

that closes one or two and so four was like wow i can't believe this boy wouldn't it be nice if i

could do this every month whereas a the person closing 17 saw herself,

it just by, one was the guy and one's a girl, none of that matters, of course.

Right.

But, um,

she saw herself as a 2530 loan officer.

And so when she saw 17, most loan officers would be popping champagne, but she was going,

that's not who I am. I'm a 25, 30 loans per month loan officer. That's what I identify as, right?

And so, and not that she's not grateful, right? That's not the message here.

The message is resetting that image of yourself that you have of yourself.

Like what you think you're worth or what you think you're capable of.

Yeah, what you think you're worthy of. Yeah, what you think you're worthy of.
