1:20.9	So I grew up just outside of Boston in a suburb, and that's where I got started in real estate about 10 years ago.
1:28.0	And that was while I was in college. So I started working basically over the summers at a boutique firm that
1:34.0	specialized in investment properties and rentals. And you know my first year I
1:38.9	made probably about $30,000000, in three months.
1:43.0	So I was kind of hooked at that point.
