what's the market like in Australia right now well we, we're finding the Adelaide market particularly has certainly increased from the previous couple of years.

There seems to be a fairly strong buyer activity.

Values probably haven't had a huge increase. The last quarter

our statistics were 1.2 percent. So we're finding property prices haven't

increased significantly, however there's definitely people out there looking to purchase if the price is right.

So that means the values have gone up 1% in the past year, is that what you meant by that?

In the past quarter.

Oh, the past quarter, okay okay so about 5% a year.

Well that's okay at least they're going up right? That's right we always prefer when

they're going up as opposed to going down. So tell me about you and your team if you have one and how many houses
