So today, as I mentioned, we're going to be discussing perfectionism, and we've mentioned

perfectionism on the show before that is often celebrated as something to be proud of.

You hear people, families, and society, you know, wearing perfectionism like a badge of honor,

and often we are rewarded for perfectionistic traits. So a reason why I wanted to do perfectionism is we hear perfectionism a lot on the show.

A lot of people that have gone through childhood trauma, they develop perfectionism, and it hinders

them throughout their whole entire life.

And as well, things can get compounded with perfectionism and then having to deal with

abuse as well.

And, you know, things can really spiral from there.

So I thought this would be an interesting episode for people to hear and maybe resonate

with what's being said and maybe, you know, start to look at their own perfectionism and start to deal with it.
