tied dinner. Now, here's an interesting dynamic. Trump still can't convince a block of hardline

conservative Republicans to drop their opposition to the budget. But listen to these comments

from Trump yesterday. He said to Republicans, listen, I've been,

he didn't say this. I'm going to say this. I've listened to a lot of whip, a lot of whipping in

my life. I've heard a lot of people recount whipping stories. I've watched a lot of whipping.

I've never heard somebody say, close your eyes and get there. It's a phenomenal bill. Stop grandstanding.
