J' is not here, so we're not going to have a song, but hey, it's good to be back around the kitchen table.

And I love you guys. Thank you guys for joining us again. How are you? I hope you're doing well. I am safe. I have what I need

excited about a short work week. And it's also, you know, the off to the holiday season.

Here on getting grown, Jade and I are focused on taking care of ourselves as we usually are,

but you know there's a little bit more intention

behind it especially around the holidays which can be a particularly tough time for

some of us to negotiate and that's why even though Jade and I are focused on

family this week you know you are also family, so we're focused on you as well.

And one of the ways that we are demonstrating that focus, honey, is giving us all some tools and tips and resources and information on how to maintain our peace

and remain drama-free in this holiday season. As such, excited to share that we are

reprising a very timely conversation with one of our faves,

Nedra Glover to Wab. We're going to be talking a lot about family dynamics,

family relationships, how to negotiate different boundaries, how to maintain peace, how to deal with

a transition and phases of family. And this is, listen, honey, on-time word for me. I gave it another listen.
