This is something that I deal with on a day-to-day basis quite honestly and it's tough because I think we all sort of feel like we need to be motivated constantly and even more so I think we all feel that being motivated

means being motivated for everything and that's just not true first of all we are going to naturally have periods in our life when we're just not that motivated. We just don't want to do that much stuff and it could come from anything. Maybe a family tragedy or maybe you just worked really hard that day or maybe you're

sick or like whatever it is, you're just not as driven, not as motivated and that's okay, that is totally fine. I don't want any as like it just doesn't work that way as much as the self-help industry wants you to

believe that you need to be this like stoic logical like high-performer at all times

no one is like that even the president of the United States

regardless of your political views not so much talking about the current one the previous one

And so first of all, you need to understand that you're going to have those and that's fine.

Like you're not special and therefore you're not going to be just magically capable of being

motivated all the time and when you're not motivated just let yourself be unmotivated sometimes.

With that said, if you are feeling on motivated, if you're lacking motivation, and you do need to be motivated
