hard not to view this resignation in the context of what's happening around both the schools

Chancellor and the mayor. You know as we know about three weeks ago the Chancellor had his phone seized by federal agents as part of what appears to be a sweeping investigation.

He was not the only one who had his phone seized his partner, Sheena Wright, who is the first deputy mayor, also had her phone seized, and his brother, who is the deputy mayor for Public Safety Phil Banks banks also had his phone seized.
