Toddcast. So, when last I left you, we had not had a report from the Special Council, and so we did not have our feeding frenzy on all things,

Joe Biden's age issues and memory and alleged memory lapses.

Nor did we have the rants by Donald Trump about NATO

and the inviting Russia to attack any NATO member that isn't

Contributing at least 2% of their defense budget the point is is that

You know every time I think I'm caught up and I think we're all caught up on where things stand in this campaign

Events have a way of of overtaking things a little bit

But look we've in some ways been on the same topic now for six months, which is, we're holding

a presidential election that a majority of this country is not happy about for one reason or another.

And yet here we are and when you have a clash like this, it is just going to have, we're going

to have a lot of weeks like this.

Just prepare for it. Every week's going to feel crucial. Every week there's going to be a day where one of the campaigns thinks it's catastrophic.

And we'll all wake up the next day and notice that the poles have shifted all of a quarter of a point.

You see where I'm going here.

I have a feeling that this is, you know, if you're looking for a comparison, it's going to look a lot like the Ukraine-Russia

war does right now, which is a trench warfare and a stalemate, with the occasional

bombs lobbed one side or the other but not quite sure either

side's going to make a ton of progress going in either direction but when you

look at the, when, it's been interesting the debate about

Joe Biden and his age, which of course does seem to get more coverage than the

debate about Donald Trump and his character I guess you
