You know, our goal for the show all along, and for the series, has been to

empower ourselves, you and me, empower us to resume control of our careers,

to own our ambition, to envision a better future.

And so for our fourth episode, we are taking on habits.

When quarantine arrived, I had to change all my habits at once.

It's not like I thought out my approach, like so many people I was just trying to get by.

It took months for me to realize I'd actually developed new habits.

Some I loved, some I didn't.

Like, for example, having a glass of wine every single day, or two.

So now it's time to take inventory of how we do things, and decide what stays, and what goes.
