First, though, let's hear from Michael, who's been flat hunting in Glasgow. I thought, oh, it's

going to be easier for prices are cheaper up here compared to South. But then once I started

looking into it, started emailing different companies. As soon as I'd email them, I got told

all of our viewing slots are already full. And this was like the day after they got put on right move.

When speaking to some estate agents over the phone, I was being told which there are some people not even viewing properties, but then agreeing to pay for, like twice for rent, which was originally stated, just so they can get a place.

I only viewed for one, and then, which is one I've currently got, and then instantly put down for deposit, because how renting in Scotland works is that you've got a

rolling contract rather than a yearly contract. So I figured if this place does turn out to be horrible,
