| 1:01.0 | And the problem here isn't just a financial one. |
| 1:04.0 | There's also an inherent power imbalance when it comes to renting. |
| 1:08.0 | It can be terrifying to challenge the person who owns the roof over your head. |
| 1:14.0 | At the end of it, people are really worried about where they're going to live. |
| 1:18.0 | The stakes are really different. That can't be done, please. |
| 1:22.0 | And even if you are willing to speak up, knowing the right thing to say or do can be tough. |

| 1:32.0 | No tenant should let fear win them over in terms of making decisions around their housing |
