Our story took place back in early 2003.

During that time, my wife and I had come across this Victorian terrace house that was in a busy suburb just outside of Manchester.

I clearly remember the day we got the keys from the estate agent.

It was mid-February and it was pretty grey and damp. It was definitely a really exciting time.
