Summary

In the winter of 1974, 23-year-old Renae Wicklund was happily married to her husband Jack, and the two were raising their one-year-old daughter, Shannah. They lived in a perfect rural town across the street from their good friends, Don and Barbara Hendrickson. In the town where they lived, nothing bad ever happened. No one could have imagined the horrific events that would take place in the coming days, and that would have a ripple effect on their lives for decades to come. Three lives would be savagely taken, leaving behind a crime scene so gruesome, so vicious, that even the most seasoned law enforcement officers would be affected by it for the rest of their lives.
