0:07.0	titled Field Rose. This is a project that we took on in 2019 was one of those COVID projects. And we do not have
0:15.2	final finished photography. So this doesn't live in the portfolio. So those of you that are tuning in

0:21.1	a sneak peek, a front row seat at a project that we've never talked about and we've never
0:26.3	shown. So we're excited to finally unpack this one. I know we do. We have a lot of behind the footage,
0:32.6	like behind the scenes footage on our iPhones and we were looking at it. I was sending just an example
0:36.9	of a color drent to the other day and I'm I'm like my gosh like the people have to know about this project because it's beautiful and so we're like we yeah and here we are. We're unveiling it to you for the first time. Yeah there's there's so many learnings on a remodel and you guys might be embarking in new projects for the new year. And so we just want to be
0:54.9	able to show you what we kept and what we got rid of, what we worked with, because those are always
0:59.6	the questions like, do we throw the baby out with the bathwater? You know, what can we save? What can we
1:03.9	not save? And this home was one that was probably built in the 80s, I would say. And here we are
1:10.0	2026. And so what would we keep from the 80s is
1:14.2	is one of the questions today. And we'll be driving you through those answers. We'll be hitting up
1:18.6	four different spaces is what we'll have time for today. Just really beautiful spaces. I love
1:24.1	how these turned out. Again, cell phone footage, but really, really worth sharing it
1:28.5	with you. So I'm excited to take you through it. I feel like, I don't know, send to your
1:33.4	best girlfriend and just be like, so, case and point. Yeah. Yeah. It's going to be a lot of fun.
1:40.2	Can you give us a little bit of background on it? Like, yeah, who just mentioned it was
1:44.2	2019, but yeah. Yeah, the circa 2019. It was a family of five. They had three little kids and
1:51.0	they had relocated to Utah. And they just wanted to like have a beautiful, a beautiful home,
1:56.2	beautiful property. And sometimes you just, you want the neighborhood, you know. And so you find
2:00.5	the neighborhood and then you find whatever house is available. And that was this case. They want the neighborhood, you know. And so you find the neighborhood
