Summary

Step into the story behind House Lights by Alice Lane, a lighting collection rooted in vintage inspiration and designed for modern homes. In this episode of Dear Alice, the team shares the design references, material choices, and thoughtful details that make this launch feel timeless yet fresh. We spotlight key pieces—from the Maude Sconce in Red, the “red lip” of the room, to the softly bubbled Caviar Flush Mounts with their tinted, vintage-style glass. You’ll also hear about the bestselling Penny Lamp, now introduced in Calacatta Viola alongside crystal, alabaster, and brass, and the evolution of the Alys Flush Mount, born from the success of the original sconce. Throughout the conversation, we unpack the shared bull nose detail that ties the collection together and explain why these subtle curves matter. Perfect for designers and design lovers alike, this episode offers a refined look at how lighting can shape mood, history, and timeless style.
