Hello, Sennophiles fans. We're getting together for some very sad news today. We heard about the passing of the great Bert Reynolds.

Yeah. And...

That's my little imitation of him.

I like it, a tribute.

Yeah, a tribute, yes.

And we are actually planning on doing something special for Mr Reynolds, but we thought just

today because it just happened we would re-release an old episode of ours

which is Boogie Knights which we recorded with the great Michael Grant Terry as our guest.

Yes. And it's a really fun episode and this is really the resurgence of Bert Reynolds and so we thought

it would be a nice thing to kind of put it out today and to think about just sort of

that moment that Bert Reynolds came back. Yeah it was a surprising thing because you know I grew up with Bert Reynolds came back. Yeah, it was a surprising thing because, you know, I grew up with Bert Reynolds,

as well as you did, Steve.

I'm sure we grew up with Bert Reynolds in our lives

and saw his progression from, like, you know,

number one movie star to doing these kind of forgettable comedies in the

80s and then getting kind of forgotten a bit then ending up on TV doing

evening shade and then disappearing again kind of and then popping up in something like

boogie nights with this incredible role written for him by Paul Thomas

Anderson and of course all the controversy around that as well where people thought he was going to win that Oscar but then he shot his mouth off about how Oscars or don't mean anything or it's not that big of a deal and many people thought that that affected the overallmouth the film on some level?

Yeah, he badmouth the film.

And what have you said, it glorified porn or something like that.

It was just like, yeah.
