And we are kind of doing a follow up to that just because of some events in Ben's life.

And my mom passed away about a week and a half ago.

And it wasn't totally unexpected, but also, I mean, I think it's always kind of a shock.

And I've just been having a lot of feelings to process, a lot of things I've been learning. And I just kind of wanted to talk about that today. And I had, right now it's January 31st. And this episode won't come out for a few more weeks.

And I actually kind of like that we're doing that because when I got, when I got back to,

I went home right after she passed away and I was there for almost a week.

Then when I got back to Utah, I like recorded a video of the feelings I was having.

I got a little emotional and I shared that video on Instagram and then people started responding right away and I took it down. I just couldn't handle like the feedback on my feelings.

And they were all, it was all positive, but it was just like too much to handle. So I'm glad that

we can just like capture this moment now. And then when the rest of the world hears it I'll be in a

different space and hopefully a little less tender right now I'm feeling pretty tender yeah well I want

to like reiterate that I'm really sorry for your loss truly yeah thank you you're one of my few

friends actually met my mom kind of so she was so lovely she was she was

uh very far along in her Alzheimer's journey but she was lovely yeah yeah but she was still bright

yeah um so how are you feeling right now um just a little nervous because i just like i just like

want to do her life justice you know um and i I am a cryer, but I prefer to cry alone.

So the idea of like crying here with you actually makes me all nervous. But I probably will.
