George Herbert Walker Bush, a man I served as his director of National Drug Control Policy.

He was the 41st President of the United States.

He was a good man, an excellent man, and a very good President, underrated.

Joining me today as economist and former Reagan Economic Advisor, Dr. Art Laffer.

He'll share his thoughts on the future of the economy, the G20 summit.

I'm going to ask him about George Bush and his economic policy.

Was it Art Laffer's theory that Bush called Voodoo Economics?
