So this podcast I talked about the situation with two people, my ex-girlfriend Kristen, who is now my best friend

and has been for a while, and a tip who is a wonderful, great person and a good friend now also.

Go over some of the vocabulary.

In the first paragraph I use the word emotional flooding.

And this comes from an article from a previous and earlier podcast.

Emotional flooding, if you can imagine flooding is when there's too much water.

So emotional flooding means there's too much emotion.

So you have too much emotion and you can't handle it.

You don't know what to do. You're overwhelmed.

It's too much, too much emotion.

That's what emotional flooding means.

I mentioned a TV show called Seinfeld,

which was very popular in America for a while.

People still watch it a lot on TV.

I use the word volatile or volatile it's pronounced both ways volatile or volatile

volatile volatile relationship volatile means easy to change something that can change

very quickly and you know possibly explode so we use the word

volatile chemicals for example a volatile chemical is a chemical that if you put a

fire near it or you shake it, it might explode.
