from the gift bag to just the experience itself,

the way that every single detail was made to be luxury.

It was made to be beautiful.

This is what you deserve.

Like, it was made very, very clear that we deserve these things.

Nothing was skimped on because we deserved the best.

That itself, that message that it sent was like enough for me to be like, this is why spaces like this are needed.

I now feel and believe that I belong. And that is what I felt at Omaha. All of these Mujeres telling story, healing. It felt like a community. That's how I think it changed me and what I still

carry that I belong. And even if it's uncomfortable to speak up for myself and to fight these systems,

because that's what I clicked with, what you said at the beginning, that now I'm having that

empowerment that like, no, I'm going to speak up and I'm going to tell you what's wrong too.

I don't have to be victimized about it either.
