0:16.5	I do it better today that I used to. Let's start there.
0:19.8	And part of it is because of who I am now. So for example, when I started,
0:24.1	I started a coaching company 11 years ago.
0:27.1	And for 20 years, people said,
0:28.3	you ought to have a coaching company.
0:29.5	You coach a lot, you mentor people.
0:31.8	I thought I don't need another thing on my plate. I've got a whole bunch of stuff going.
0:36.0	And so about 11 years ago I decided to start a coaching company and now it's the largest coaching company in the world.
0:43.0	You know, 50,000 plus coaches at 172 countries.
0:48.0	And it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's exploded.
0:52.0	And, but I think a lot of that growth and casting vision, people, attracting people,
1:00.0	is because I've been in the leadership world for 40 years.
1:04.0	I was a proven commodity.
1:05.3	People didn't say, I wonder if I should follow him.
1:07.9	I think part of that ability of being contagious with vision
1:12.3	is the success. I think the more success you have
1:15.3	that itself it draws people. I think my greatest strength in communication is
1:21.1	that I really can connect with people when I speak. The book
