0:28.4	You get to make different choices with your health, in positive or negative.

1:10.6	being like it doesn't matter as long as I think it's good and I think it's funny and I think it's helpful. That's it. So that has been really important to me because it is weird. I'm going to I'm sure you too like people know who you are and it's like it's a little uncomfortable sometimes.
