Summary
The story today comes from Swansea and looks at the case of Brian Whitelock, a man who was sent to prison for murder and manslaughter. Despite the appeals against his release from the families of his victims who feared he wasn't safe to be in the community, Whitelock was released from prison back to live in Swansea. Within a year of his release, Whitelock had killed again.
