This is a mini meditation to help you through one of life's trickiest moments, worrying about falling asleep.

tonight, you're not alone. Sleep anxiety is common. The harder we try to force sleep, the further away it

can feel. But here's the truth. You don't have to make sleep happen. Your body already knows how to sleep.

All you need to do now is rest and let sleep arrive when it's ready.

So let's take these next few minutes to step out of worry and into calm.

Begin with your breath.

Take a slow inhale through your nose.

And a long exhale through your mouth.
