| 0:39.0 | we often feel our most anxious, our most tense. |
| 0:45.0 | This often has to do with expectations during this season. |
| 0:51.0 | You might find that you have a lot of commitments that you're not really looking forward to. |
| 0:58.0 | In fact, for you, the meaning of this season and how you'd like to close out the new year, |
| 1:04.0 | might be different from what your loved ones and the people around you want to do. |
| 1:11.0 | When you're beginning to feel this anxiety and overwhelm, |
| 1:16.0 | you can build in moments of peace during your day and that's the challenge for this week. |
| 1:23.0 | Think about what you can do each day to feel as though you're relaxing, |
| 1:31.0 | you're celebrating the way you want to. |
| 1:34.0 | Even if it means waking up a little bit earlier, |
| 1:38.0 | that's what I did this morning. I woke up knowing that I had a lot of commitments to do, |
| 1:44.0 | but I needed some space for myself. |
| 1:47.0 | So I did some yoga stretches and I meditated outside. |
| 1:55.0 | I find that whenever I spend any time outside, I feel restored. |
| 2:01.0 | What helps you to feel restored? |
| 2:04.0 | I have a friend who builds in a massage a week during this time of year |
| 2:10.0 | because she knows that getting a massage every week is going to help her anticipate her weeks |
