How are you all surviving? I'm going to be honest. I have a mixture of emotions on a daily

basis. Everyone that I speak to goes through these emotions as well. So if any of you have had a bit of an up and down

week, don't worry about it because I am here to fill your week with joy. So yet again, we're recording the podcast from isolation again. So just

so you know that's why it sounds a little bit different to usual because we haven't

got a fancy mic or anything and I'm actually doing it from an iPad.

So, you know, as I said this week it's just such a strange adjustment period and I don't know if any of you guys are feeling it and have I relaxed?

No. I sort of find myself relaxing and then I sort of got into a routine I think it's really weird that you have to structure your day without a thing to do so you know get up have breakfast get washed it's like what do I do now have I

been relaxing kind of no because like how can you relax if you've not been busy. So I just thought you know what we have to even in these

circumstances find a way of unwinding.

And yeah, we're in unusual circumstances.
