Dear, dear, dear podcasters, we are still in isolation and I just want to say a very, very big hello to you.

I'm back for another podcast this week. We have found a dynamic way of doing this.

I am on my bed.

The sun is shining outside, but I don't want to go out there too soon.

I'm trying to break the day up.

And obviously, I'm so excited to be recording my podcast this week again and feeling like we are all connecting in this

feeling like we are all connecting in this difficult time. So this week I've gone through a range of

different emotions from I've got this to I haven't got this, oh my God I'm so bored, what am I going to do with my life, then absolutely

panic stations. There's nothing I haven't done. I've washed every dish, fed every fish in the garden. I found tadpoles. I found tadpoles. I found

fish eggs and I was so excited and there was all little tadpoles in there and literally I check on them every day

so that is something that's quite exciting.

I've burnt my hands a million and one times cooking my hands are dry I keep washing

them I've done every scrapper washing I've rearranged my nickel draw I've gone through

all my empty bottles of products I've whacked on

face cream like it's going out of fashion I've just done the lot but do you know

what how lucky we are that you know we are going to get through this soon.
