Hello everyone, it's me the G.C.

Welcome back to the podcast. Now this is the first recording where I'm going to be

honest with you I am in isolation like the rest of us. I am on my own which is a little bit weird. I've got my

podcast producer on an iPad Lucy can you say hello? I don't think you can hear

her because she just came through on my earphones.

Also I'm not a lover of earphones but I've got earphones in today because in these times obviously I want to still bring the fabulous podcast to you all and I think

more so than ever we are in such uncertain times that I need to spread a little bit of cheer so bear

with me and actually whilst I'm doing this I'm just going to check it's still recording.

Yes, it's still recording. So what I'm actually doing now, I'm laying on the floor, belly down,

I've got the earphones in my ears bearing in mind I'm not techno I'm not like a

technology person like I'm just so basic I'm all about a notepad and pen. So I'm really going for it here guys and I just

want to say thank you for all tuning in this week to the podcast because more so

than ever we're in such uncertain times that I feel we all

need to unite as one and let's just put it straight.

It's the weirdest thing I've ever had to experience in my life.

Now I'm used to doing stuff daily.

I'm used to, you know, getting up an atom and I'm a firm believer in every day I like to achieve
