or questions and comments. Today's episode is a meditation for healing. You can do this

meditation either sitting or lying down. So let's start by finding a comfortable position.

Close your eyes. Let's begin with the intention of opening to receive healing. Healing is just

in the nature of life. Automatically everything in your body, your mind is moving in the direction

of healing. It's a matter of allowing. It's a matter of allowing that process of healing

to take place. When we bring our awareness to what needs to be healed, we allow a beam

of energy and intelligence to go to that area. So what we'll be doing in this meditation

is simply allowing what needs to be healed to be in our awareness without judgment, without

evaluation, without trying to do anything about it, simply being open to it. And that

openness, the energy of life will naturally move in the direction of healing. Allow yourself

to be fully aware of everything that you're experiencing right now. What are you feeling in your

body? Let your awareness scan your body and note all the difference and save

emotions that are present. Simply notice how your body feels as it's sitting or lying down.

What else is in your awareness? Thoughts will be coming and going. It doesn't matter. Any time your

mind becomes absorbed in a train of thought, just bring it back easily to the meditation.

Perhaps you're noticing some emotions that are present. Simply allowing all this to be in your

awareness without trying to do anything about it. Letting go of effort and then all of that

energy of effort can go into healing. Relax into whatever's happening, not resisting anything.

If there's some particular situation in your life or something that you feel needs healing,

just allow that to be in your awareness at this time. Let that be fully present. Notice the thoughts
