Now, before we get started, we want you to know that as we begin to visualize breathing these various colors in and out, each color will match one of your seven chakras. And as you breathe in the colors, each one will travel within to the

appropriate chakra, allowing your cleansing breath to clear the chakra of any of the impurities

and then allowing you to exhale any of the impurities from that chakra

through your breath. So when you're ready to relax deeply and fall asleep.
