Summary

Dream Deer reaches a stunning mountain overlook but feels overwhelmed by all the beauty around her - too much to take in at once. This gentle bedtime story teaches children practical visualization techniques to create inner calm when feeling overstimulated. With guidance from Steady Tortoise, she discovers visualization, learning to use her imagination to create focused, peaceful mental images instead of feeling scattered. Children will learn how to build their own "calm spaces" in their minds for when the world feels overwhelming or overstimulating.
