The only way you're going to build a company is if you hire people who are smarter than you.

I'd argue you bring more to the table now.

It's just, it's maybe not as many hours, but they're more high level things.

Agreed.

Like, to your point, right, like, the fact that you can go solve problems at a high level

by calling a Robert or calling a Doug or whoever else, like, that is a huge deal for the company.

It is.

You know, versus you just closing another sale.

And that's, you know, that's what I was asking, because I spend most of my time just talking

to people and just thinking about things and new innovations and ways to do things differently

than everyone. And the only way I figure out things is by talking to other people about what

their problems are. And so that's why kind of I knew just different things like I was talking

about on your show. I'm like, yeah, this is dead. This is dead. It's because I've already talked

to enough people who do it at a high level where I'm like, all right, they're going through what I'm going through.

Okay, this isn't going to last.

So what do we do with that information?

And you kind of get to get out in front of it.

You know, like you were, you said that before.
