We live in a society made up of people from different cultures, religious beliefs, and ethnic backgrounds. Part of stepping into the fullness of God's vision for our lives is knowing and learning how to love and to interact with people who are different from us. This week Pastor Buddy Owens, along with Pastor Anthony Miller and Pastor Will Guzman, answer an important question — how do we relate to people who are different from us?

0:44.6 | So when Andy asked us to do this message, I immediately thought of an encounter that Jesus |
0:51.6 | had with someone in the Bible that I think perfectly illustrates how |
0:56.1 | Jesus did this. And it's the encounter he had with the woman at the well in John chapter 4. |
1:03.3 | And it tells us how he relates to people who are not like him. Now, we're going to dig deeply into this conversation that he's had with this |
1:12.7 | woman. But one of the things I discovered is that this is the longest conversation Jesus has with |
1:19.2 | anybody in the Bible. And you would think that his longest conversation would have been with |
1:26.2 | one of the disciples, or maybe John the Baptist |
1:29.0 | or maybe some kind of a debate with a Pharisee. |
1:33.4 | But his longest conversation is with a different kind of person. |

1:41.6 | And in this encounter, we find that there are four important lessons that we can draw from |
