Hey everybody, welcome to Saddleback Church. We're so thrilled that you're here with us this weekend.

I want to say welcome to all of you who are joining us online, those of you at all 18 of our physical campuses,

and those of you at our dozens of extension sites all over the world. You've picked a great weekend to be in church.

I love this weekend. I love this weekend for multiple

reasons. Now, here in the United States of America, this is Thanksgiving weekend. And for me personally,

this is my favorite holiday of the year. Now, I love Christmas. I love to celebrate the birth of

Jesus, but sometimes Christmas can be so busy. We're spending lots of

money on presents, and even sometimes when we do all that, people aren't happy, and that's really

not a good thing. So Thanksgiving, it seems at least in my family, people are a whole lot more

happy. Something about slowing down to thank God for His goodness brings joy to our hearts. And on this Thanksgiving

weekend, I want you to know how grateful I am for you. This has been one full year. Lots of transition,

lots of things in our personal lives, and for us as a church that God has been doing,

and as I reflect on the faithfulness of God to our church,

the faithfulness of God to my family, at the top of the list of things that I'm grateful for

is you. I love your passion for Jesus. I love your kindness and love for those around you.

And my heart is so incredibly grateful for Saddleback Church.

I know God has a great plan for our church as we look forward into the future, and God has a

great plan for your life. So this season right now for us as a church is a season of gratitude.

It's a time for us to look back at all that God's done, and it's a season of anticipation

for us to look ahead into the future with God's future vision for our church. Now, we've put this all

together in one banner or one brand called the Accelerate Offering. So this season right now,

between now and the end of the year year is a season where we're saying,
