Bless up everybody, I don't know, I am Heinz and today in Heinzai, this is your daily cup

of tea.

Today, I am feeling this wave of acceptance inside though.

Not acceptance from the world, but this energy inside myself.

It's almost like my inner environment is hugging me from the inside.

And I wanted to show on something today that I feel like all of us probably struggle

with.

And this often delays us from starting new relationships or sometimes throws us into

relationships all the time.

It often can stop us from expressing ourselves and starting projects and really accepting

our purpose and life, our presence and life.

And this all has to do with rejection, right?

Rejection, right?

We want to be received so much, but we fear that rejection, right?

Received, but we fear rejection.

A lot of us have experienced rejection early on in our lives and it can start as young

as five.

And this rejection can literally, we can carry it, it don't carry it on for the rest of

our life, if we do not become conscious of it.

I remember when I was in high school, a couple of times I remember being rejected that

really put a stun in my growth and I carried a vibration of fear with me everywhere I

went.
