That lemongrass, I tell you something about this lemongrass tea right now that is just

changing my life.

You know what else is changing my life is all of you.

You are truly changing my life.

Your viewership, your presence, the fact you give me a platform to voice myself, I do

not take it for granted and I appreciate your energy.

I wanted to share with you a little bit, I'm not going to call it a secret but it is kind

of a secret.

But it's really a shift in perspective of how I was able to get myself in a constant

flow of expression, just expressing myself every single day, especially online.

Because I know a lot of us want to take a leap forward in a lot of different areas of

our life.

It could be a relationship, it could be you may want an online presence, you may want,

you may have a gift inside of you and you want to share it with the world.

Some of us may already be content creators and we're uploading things and we're trying

to still break through some barriers of that judgment and that fear of others and the opinions.

And all these things are very real that we all experience.

I used to call myself a perfectionist and I mean I still kind of do okay, okay, we're

going to have to get into this.

I used to use perfection as like this badge of honor as this gold medal and it was my

excuse to why I wasn't as frequent as I wanted to be because I was the person that made

everything perfect.
