So many things that I've learned because guys I get I get nervous I get anxious and I tell you the root of so many of these problems is these phones and if you get there and you just look at social media long enough you can go down these rabbit holes and it really starts to mess you up.

So one thing is limiting the phone use, especially in the mornings and evenings and just limiting it during the day to allotted times. What's up, up,
