Everyone staying good out there? Podcast world, YouTube world, you're staying safe, and when I say safe, I mean mentally safe. I think

I think this the threat of depression and anxiety is real and I think it in my non-scientific

opinion it outweighs many other dangerous viruses in the world.

Anxiety is a killer and that is a fact.

And so stay, you have to stay, let me put it this way there is a glass and it has

liquid in it and it is exactly even top to bottom that the liquid is right in the middle and you know what I'm getting at.

You could easily be a half full or an half empty guy and both of you would be right.

This is no one knows what the heck is going on out there right now.

And so just choose to be half full,

or at least try to spread a little half fullness to your friends,

especially on social media. Don't weaponize fear. I mean, that's a good way to say it. Don't weaponize fear. There's no reason to use fear for

click bait or for good conversation with your friends. We don't know. This whole thing might just go away in 30 days. It might be gone. It might not. It might be, we might deal with this for years. But why, why scare people with that.
