Over the past two years now, we've learned so much about how to adapt to changes that are just

mostly beyond our control, but this year brings a new approach.

The pandemic hasn't gone anywhere, but things they feel different.

We are different. Sure, we can't control over the future any better than we've ever been able to,

but we've learned so much by this point about how to manage through ambiguity,

and this is the year that we choose change. It's the year of reinvention.

This kind of change is at the very heart of Hello Monday.
