athletes and then there's the most decorated athletes in the world. The ones that as I sat on the Olympic Committee and walked into the Olympic Center for the first time in Colorado Springs,

there's the Olympic athletes that they put on the wall as you enter the facility.

athleticism, getting to know you after your career was the bigger

pleasure of my life.

It's one thing to see you there at the Olympic Center.

It's what you're doing off of the ice that amazes me, your best selling books, the extraordinary discipline

that you display being an entrepreneur that has led you to unbelievable fulfillment,

purpose, and the way that you embrace the expansion

or change is just uncanny. Looking at your new book, The Hard Pivot,

how much does it incorporate those types of capabilities

that you use to become one of the most decorated athletes of all times.
