Summary

It's frustrating when you've told a son or daughter to do something, but he or she doesn't listen. How can you discipline them in a way that's effective? Jim Daly and Dr. Randy Schroeder give some very helpful perspectives on handling discipline as a parent. Also, John and Danny will encourage more serious parents to not be too rigid.
