How there is much space to heal the victims but little space to heal the perpetrators. How there may be no such thing as perpetrators or victims at all - certainly not in the 5D world. How the emotion of courage is on the equator level of consciousness. How anger is better than shame because at least it has energy. How the emotion of anger can only elevate you so far and how true longevity is in the emotion of joy (as proven by various star athletes and yes we name them).
