| 1:55.2 | today, Brandon, to share my story. I grew up in Wisconsin in a small town, one of four children, second in order, and had a very simple life, I guess. |
| 2:12.2 | And I was a good student and a cheerleader and had lots of friends. |
| 2:17.3 | And my sister, who is 11 months older than me, started dabbling in some stuff she shouldn't have when she was quite young. |
| 2:27.9 | So my parents were very consumed with caring for her as she got into more and more trouble, which then kind of |
| 2:39.3 | pushed me into a caretaker role of some sort with my younger brother and sister. |
| 2:45.2 | But that was my normal. So I didn't see it as a problem except in the summertime when I couldn't hang out with my friends as much because I was busy babysitting. |
| 2:54.0 | But we didn't have much, but I think overall, you know, that was what we knew. |
| 3:01.0 | And I know my mom and dad did their very best. |
| 3:04.4 | They both worked very hard and did all that they could do to provide for us. |
