After a tragedy like the Las Vegas shooting, it’s natural to find it difficult to focus back on your business and the goals you have. How do you shift back into action? What are a few things you can do to remain committed? On this episode, we talk about easing back into building your empire after a difficult day. Takeaways You can’t control what’s going on in the outer world but you can control your intake. If you don’t want to wake up early, you’ve told yourself a story about what it means to do it. The food you put in your body can either make you sluggish or energetic. We tend to focus on the things we can’t control and put our mental energy on the things that have nothing to do with us. After a day of watching the news, we can easily decide to fall back on the commitments we’ve made to our businesses, families, and bodies, but it is possible to refocus. That way you can become a person who can help others during these tough times. It’s natural to feel like you’re not all there, but you can still get the job done.

1:06.7	telling me what to read there's none of of that really. It's strictly my passion. It's strictly my
1:15.9	passion. It's bored, it looks like, is that a little better? Strictly my passion to be able to help
1:22.1	all of you, entrepreneurs, to do better at your job of creating an incredible life for your families.
1:30.4	Let me just clean that up real fast. One more second. And so what I'm about to say, guys,
1:36.4	I know that in today's day and age, it's really easy to politicize everything. It's really easy
1:43.3	to get bent out of shape over everything.
1:46.8	And to be quite honest with you, I just kind of want to let you know that I don't care.
1:51.8	And I don't care because my job is not to be politically correct.
1:56.5	My job is not to worry about people who get bent out of shape over everything.
2:02.3	My job is to help entrepreneurs, is to help them live a better life, is to help them excel,
2:10.4	is to help them become what they intend to become and what they want to become someday both from themselves as human beings
