It has always been my dream to help entrepreneurs do more with their potential, and through M.Pire University I will be able to do this. What is the dream and passion behind the creation of this coaching organization? What are the things I thought entrepreneurs were lacking? It’s another thing completely to actually do what you have to do on a daily basis to turn that vision into reality. For people to do this, they need mentorship, access to knowledge and a like-minded community. That’s what we’ve built with M.Pire University. Remember the path to success is that you have to think it, declare it and act on it.

0:00.0	Pretty exciting day for me and I'm going to tell you why.
0:09.0	If you guys don't know my story, back before the real estate market crashed, I used to actually own a coaching company.
0:17.0	And that coaching company was named the TELOOS Breakthrough Principles. And it was really,
0:23.7	really awesome. It was awesome because within one year, we had just shy of 500 realtors and lenders
0:30.4	and title reps that were a part of this company. And I'll never forget this. I'll never forget
0:36.6	that right before the market crash, we hosted an event. It was at the Lowe's Coronado Hotel in San Diego.
0:43.3	And we had about 700 people there. I won't forget that we hired a trainer to train everybody and we actually had a great workout at the beach in the morning of the events, right?
0:57.0	And it was a retreat setting.
1:00.0	Nevertheless, what ended up happening was that the market crashed literally, I think like the next week or the week after.
1:07.0	And that company unfortunately didn't last. I bring that company up because of the fact that it's always been in my heart to coach, train, inspire and show other people,
1:21.6	specifically entrepreneurs that they could definitely do more with their business, do more with their life, do more with their true potential.
1:31.4	And the reality is that I'm a believer in it.
1:34.2	I'm a believer in the ability for us as human beings to want more and deserve more.
1:41.9	And I'm mainly a believer in the ability that we have to go out and find
1:45.7	people who have accomplished what we want to accomplish and go kind of tap them on the shoulder
1:51.1	and ask them how we could do it too. And so back in 2010, my journey began again and I launched a company and I launched a company called
2:02.6	it Intero Real Estate Services and I launched that company essentially with the
2:07.3	same principles that I used in the coaching company I just kind of brought it into
2:11.6	a brokerage and I thought man I meant imagine if I could help cheap change people's
2:15.1	lives imagine if I could help you know help them earn more income imagine if I could help change people's lives. Imagine if I could help them earn more income.
2:19.2	Imagine if I could help them do it in less time.
2:21.6	Imagine if I could help people get in better shape.
