It is exhausting to constantly put ourselves in line with this world.

It takes so much effort to not run screaming into the streets.

And what is beautiful about moments of social eruption and social movement is it allows

us to put that effort down, to be present with each other in whatever way that matters to us

and make sense to us,

and to put down all of that cognitive load, all of that denial,

and just say, like, no, we don't have to live this way.
