Hello, this is Beatty Shillette. I'm known as the growth architect. I'm the founder of the

Women's Code. And I am a strategic business advisor that helps in the categories of business development,

workplace unification, and leadership because I truly believe that if you want to run a business,

you kind of have to know all three of them to make it work.

So I want to share something with you today that happened to me as I was really looking for this

big turning point in my business. So my business that I had at that time was a stock photography business. And I had just come out of a horrible

lawsuit and September 11th had wiped out my business. So I was in really, really bad shape. I was

in $135,000 in debt. And I needed to figure out how I was going to turn this around and make some

money. And so I had been working with photographers that did architectural and interior design

images, right? And so when you go to Home Depot and you pick up the paint brochure and you see the homes on

there, those are the homes that, you know, the shots we provided.

Or if you read magazines and you look at the at home stories of celebrities, those were things

that we did.

So we had a lot of really great photographs in our archives, but nobody really knew about who I was.
