myself. To give you a little bit of background, it was actually January 1st, 2016. I was doing

some self-reflecting that day, as many of us do at the turn of the year and i made

the decision then that i wanted to quit my day job so it began right away i kind of hit the ground running

with this and i had a failed startup along during that time i had a failed side hustle many failed

side hustles in fact and projects it seemed to just be failed attempt after failed attempt

and it was it was for five years that went through that.

It wasn't until finally on January 7th, 2020, that had my last day at the job that I'd spent over 15 years in.

And I'd finally become a successful startup entrepreneur. Now, when I look back at that, why did it take me five years to do that? It seems like a lot of time. It can be very disheartening.

And for me, it was.

There were some days where I really struggled with it.

I'm at least thankful to say that I enjoyed all 15 years I had at that job.

I can't imagine if I really wouldn't have enjoyed it along the way.
