We're getting close to the end of the year. As we speak, there's about a week left before the end of the year. And we thought now is a perfect time for reflection on what 2015 was all about. Not only for ourselves, but we wanted to share kind of our process for reflection and our process for goal setting so that you can yourself plan for

2016. So without further ado, we thought we just jump right in and have a discussion around

what that kind of process looks like. So, Connor, why don't you kind of start off by reflecting on

Yes. I mean, like you said, I think the biggest part of this is that coming to the end of a big year,

I'm sure that some of our listeners, a lot of people that have come to our events have said that they've had a magnificent year.

It's been a big year for them. And they want to carry that momentum forward into 2016.

you know, for a lot of the listeners out there who have requested this. And some of the people

that are like, okay, I struggled this year. You know, I had some things go on that weren't optimal,

lost my job, you know, lost a relationship, whatever the case may be. and they're looking to set themselves up properly for 2016.

And I think there's a, you know, this whole misconception around like resolutions
